Who we are

Sanfair Constructions Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a residential building company working for homeowners in North London. This policy explains how we use personal information collected through this website, by phone, email and WhatsApp, and through our Facebook and Instagram pages.

What information we collect

Information you give us when you get in touch or ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email address, the property and project you are asking about, and anything you include in a message or photo. We also collect information about how the website is used, such as the pages visited, the device and browser used and the approximate area a visit comes from. If you message us on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the messages you send.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out building work and keep the records we need for our business and the law. We use website information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the people who help us run the business: our website hosting and email providers, Google (website analytics and our Google Business Profile), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and the marketing agency that manages our website and social media accounts for us. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs. We then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we have to keep it by law.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. This website uses:

• Essential cookies, which the site needs to work, for example to remember your cookie choice.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they view.
• Advertising measurement cookies from the Meta pixel. We only switch these on if you click Accept on our cookie notice. They tell us whether visitors from Facebook and Instagram go on to contact us, and let us show our own ads to people who have visited the site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
